About the job

As the CSO of Fount you will be in a key leadership position playing a critical role in driving sales revenue and growth. We are looking for a strategic thinker, an effective communicator, a strong leader, and a proven track record in sales and revenue growth. The position reports to the CEO.

Fount is an early-stage, VC-backed tech startup, headquartered in Bergen. We offers a digital platform solution for sharing electric vehicle chargers. We make it easy for those who own chargers to share these with EV owners, and we make it easy for EV owners to charge and pay without having to download new apps. With ambitions of international expansion, we seek an engaged, result-driven and energetic person to bring us to the next level.

This you role

  • Responsible for developing and implementing strategies that drive sales growth. This includes setting sales targets, developing sales plans, and overseeing the execution of those plans.
  • Responsible for building and managing an effective and scalable team of sales professionals.
  • Responsible for monitoring and analyzing sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Working closely with marketing and product, to ensure sales strategies are aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key customers. This includes identifying customer needs, developing solutions to meet those needs, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Responsible for staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in platform-as-a-service sales in order to be competitive and take advantage of new sales opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Strong leadership and management skills, including the ability to motivate and inspire a team. You truly love to run fast and bring your team along on the journey. Collaboration and understanding with external and internal stakeholders are key to achieve our goals.
  • 5-10 years of experience and successful direct selling.
  • Experience of selling to companies and public enterprises; good at multi-tier selling, building strong management relationships.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be able to effectively communicate with customers and team members.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and be able to develop solutions to overcome challenges and obstacles.
  • A customer-centric mindset and be focused on providing exceptional customer service.
  • Strong analytical skills and be able to analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Languages: Fluent Norwegian or English required.
  • Flexibility to travel as required
  • A master or bachelor degree
